  1. You are motivated! Love it!! The first few weeks are decent so you will stay motivated for sure. I found that if I didn't do the second and third runs during the week, I couldn't skip ahead to the next week. Take it from me - 3 times a week is necessary. Maybe not at the beginning - but once your running time increases you will be so glad you did the practices!!! Good luck!!
